This pressing of "PLEASE PLEASE ME", first issued in Germany under the title "DIE BEATLES", is regarded by many audiophiles the world over as the ultimate stereo source for this album. This incredible sounding LP was cut using an 'uncompressed' UK stereo master, but without the secondary EQ added to UK pressings.
This mix is only available on German pressing's of Please Please Me / Die Beatles with '-2' matrices.

VINYL CONDITION
Visual:
SIDE ONE - EX / High lustre and shine!! Very close and careful inspection directly under bright light reveals one very light surface mark and a few wispy hairlines most likely caused from removing the LP from it's paper inner sleeve. These marks have no effect on the audio!
SIDE TWO - EX+ / Beautiful! A few light removal marks visible only when held beneath a bright light source.
Audio:
SIDE ONE - MINT / PLAYS MINT! NO POPS, CLICKS, TICKS or CRACKLE!!
SIDE TWO - NM / this side plays very very close to MINT! I've graded side two NM due to one pop during "P.S. I Love You" and one barely audible soft pop during "Do You Want To Know A Secret" Really does play as new!

SIDE ONE - MINT / Beautiful! No spindle traces. One small manufacturing ink mark
SIDE TWO - NM / A few very very light, close, spindle traces. These can only be seen if the LP is tilted at an angle beneath a bright light source. Labels on both sides are nice bright and clean..in fact they look new!
Sleeve: VG+ / Normal handling / shelfwear: light marks, creases. Minor corner and edge wear. Light ring wear. No major faults.

All LP’s are very carefully graded. I visually grade each record in daylight and directly under a very strong incandescent lamp. Then all discs are carefully play graded, at volume in their entirety, before each auction. Cartridge used: Shure V15VxMR @ 1.5 grams VTF
All records are shipped inside protective plastic covers. I use professional mailers and two protective stiffeners. I always separate records from their covers and original inner sleeves for posting to prevent seam splits during shipping.
