THIS IS LIKELY TO BE YOUR ONLY CHANCE TO BUY AN ORIGINAL 1963 UK BLACK & GOLD MONO 1ST PRESSING OF "PLEASE PLEASE ME" BY THE BEATLES – DON’T MISS OUT!

THE RECORD

The record labels are in an excellent condition showing no wear and are still very black and the gold print is still perfectly readable.  The vinyl is in very good condition overall and only has a few marks, but no scratches, which isn’t bad for a 40 year old record!  The record still retains its 'just pressed' look

~

THE COVER

Printed and made by: Ernest J. Day & Co. Ltd. London

Flipback cover is totally free from any writing.  It has previously been edged with sellotape and although this has been removed the yellowing of where the tape has been can still be seen.  Flipbacks are totally intact, with no loss at all, although the bottom one has separated from cover.  The opening edge has a slight split in the centre.  No spinal wear and Please Please Me – The Beatles on spine is still in great readable condition

~

THE INNER SLEEVE

The record also comes in its original 1st Press polytene lined 'thicker paper' Emitex inner sleeve
