On offer here is a SERIOUSLY rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by The Beatles called "Please Please Me" and is an ORIGINAL 1963 UK Pressing!!!!  THIS IS QUITE SIMPLY THE RAREST POSSIBLE PRESSING OF THIS LP!!!!  IT IS EVEN RARER THAN THE BLACK & GOLD PRESSINGS!!!!  I WILL EXPLAIN.  

IN 1963 IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE BLACK & GOLD 1ST & 2ND PRESSINGS OF THIS LP PARLOPHONE DECIDED TO INTRODUCE THEIR NEW (AT THE TIME) YELLOW & BLACK PARLOPHONE LABELS.  HOWEVER THE FIRST FEW COPIES EVER PRESSED ON THE YELLOW & BLACK PARLOPHONE LABEL HAD A MASSIVE LABEL ERROR AND WERE IMMEDIATELY STOPPED AND CORRECTED.  THE ERROR WAS THAT ON THE LEFT OF EACH LABEL (OPPOSITE THE PMC 1202 CAT NUMBER - SEE PICTURE) AN 'EXTRA' 33 1/3 WAS MISTAKENLY LEFT ON THE LABELS FROM THE BLACK & GOLD LABELS!!!!  CLEARLY THIS 'EXTRA 33 1/3' TEXT WAS COMPLETELY UNNECESSARY - AS THE 'NEW STYLE' YELLOW & BLACK PARLOPHONE LABELS ALREADY HAD '33 1/3' IN MASSIVE SILVER TEXT ON THE TOP LEFT OF EACH LABEL!!!!  THIS 'EXTRA 33 1/3' TEXT WAS ALMOST INSTANTLY REMOVED AND ONLY AN ABSOLUTELY AMOUNT WERE PRESSED LIKE THIS!!!!  IT HAS BEEN ESTIMATED THAT ONLY A FEW HUNDRED WERE EVER PRESSED LIKE THIS AND NATURALLY THIS PRESSING IS VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO LOCATE!!!!  IN FACT IT IS SO RARE THAT GUIDE BOOKS FAIL TO CREDIT ITS EXISTENCE!!!!  FOR THOSE WISHING TO KNOW EXACTLY WHERE IT LIES IN THE PRESSING RUN - THIS MEGA RARE PRESSING (AS EXPLAINED ABOVE) CAME DIRECTLY AFTER THE BLACK & GOLD 2ND PRESSINGS AND BEFORE THE YELLOW & BLACK 3RD PRESSINGS.  IT IS WITHOUT ANY DOUBT THE RAREST POSSIBLE PRESSING OF THIS LP!!!! 

NATURALLY BEING THE EARLIEST POSSIBLE YELLOW & BLACK PRESSING IT HAS INCREDIBLY EARLY MOTHERS AND STAMPERS BEING 1/M & 2/RR!!!!  THE MATRIXES ALSO END IN 1N/1N!!!!  THIS IS THE RAREST POSSIBLE PRESSING OF THIS LP AND IS VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO LOCATE!!!!  DONT MISS OUT ON THIS SERIOUSLY RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!! This is the ORIGINAL MONO UK pressing from 1963 and is EXTREMELY rare indeed!!!! This is the ORIGINAL UK 'Earliest' Yellow & Black Parlophone pressing on the Yellow & Black Parlophone label (with EXTRA 33 1/3 text), 'The Parlophone Company' edge text, NO 'Sold In The UK' text, NO 'First Published' text, a Garrod & Lofthouse Laminated Flipback Cover, 'Large' Mono on the cover front, and 1st Press Polythene lined Emitex inner sleeve!!!! The record is pressed on THICK quality vinyl. The matrix numbers are XEX 421-1N & XEX 422-1N. The stamper codes are 1/M & 2/RR. The Cat. No is PMC 1202 on the ORIGINAL Parlophone label (see picture) and is a MONO pressing!!!! All the tracks are Pure quality Beatles at their best!!!! Any fan of The Beatles, or 60s music in general, will want to have this in their collection!!!!

The record labels are in BRILLIANT condition (see pictures) with NO writing, and only a few light spindle marks!!!!  The vinyl isnt perfect (though it plays with NO jumps) - but it is VERY important to note that the MEGA RARE LABELS are the main RARITY with this LP and they are virtually IMPOSSIBLE to find!!!!  The vinyl has 2 or 3 obvious (but NON sounding) scufflines, 3 or 4 hairline type marks, a few light hairlines, and only some light general scuffing only visible under light!!!!  THE RECORD IS STILL VERY SHINY LOOKING!!!!  The record plays well overall with only a few clicks/pops (though most of the record has NONE), NO sticking, NO jumps, a few revolutions of groovewear (but NO jumps) at the VERY end of 'Love Me Do', and only some VERY low level crackle in a VERY few places (ALWAYS low level - and absolutely NO nasty loud 'frying bacon' crackle - GUARANTEED)!!!! There is also some background noise on the gaps, run on grooves, etc - but this is completely lost in the music!!!!  The record must grade Fair+ and plays with NO jumps (and for the most part the record exceeds this grading playing wise)!!!!  Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! The record also comes in its ORIGINAL POLYTHENE lined Emitex inner sleeve!!!! The Garrod & Lofthouse FLIPBACK Laminated Cover is in GREAT condition!!!! It has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear, only slight corner wear (NOT through the colour), only a few light creases (cover is flat looking) and NO writing!!!! The opening edge is beautifully straight with NO feathering!!!! Even the unlaminated back of the cover is in GREAT condition with NO writing, a small and VERY faint area of 'rubbing' just below the top flipback (NOT affecting any text), barely ANY grubbyness AT ALL, 2 or 3 faint brown 'age' traces, and barely ANY yellowing!!!!  The cover must grade Very Good (maybe +) (PROPERLY graded, NOT trashed) if not better!!!!  THIS IS EASILY THE RAREST POSSIBLE PRESSING OF THIS LEGENDARY LP AND IS VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO LOCATE!!!!  THIS IS ALSO A GREAT CHANCE FOR SOMEONE TO OWN THIS INCREDIBLY RARE LP AT A CHEAPER PRICE THAN THE HUGE PRICE REQUIRED FOR A MINT COPY!!!!  IT IS STILL PRESENTABLE AND PLAYS WELL - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MEGA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!!
