Extremely scarce uruguayan edition of their first album, released with alternate cover.

As you must know there was several different designs of "Please, please me" edited in Uruguay, some more 'common', but this in particular is a very rare variation, not frequently seen.

Spanish titles on cover and labels.

Collector's item, indeed!
