DESCRIPTION: NORWAY MONO WITH G&L LAMINATED UK MADE COVER.

Norway's history of production of Beatles records is quite interesting. Until after mid-1964, Norway did not produce their own Beatles LP's. Instead, copies were imported from England, Germany, the United States, and sometimes other countries, in order to meet the need of Norwegian Beatles fans. Even when Norway began to produce their own LP's, they were pressed sparsely. Consequently, not every Beatles album was available on a "domestic" Norwegian pressing, and all Norwegian Beatles' LP's are hard to find.

VINYL: First of all sound quality is excellent. Occasional background static is low, but can be heard between tracks and occasionally in play, but no loud snaps or clicks when playing the lp. Not the constant crackle sound so many of these sound like from 1966.
There are scuffs from paper and light surface marks on side 2. but fewer on side 1. These marks do not affect sound. I tried to listen where these marks are, but could not find it did. But there is a spindle mark on side one that can  be seen on photo that looks bad but it played through with only 2-3 clicks but was not at all loud clicks.
It sounds better than it looks and it "displays no major deterioration in sound quality" as the standard goes for Very Good. I try to grade conservatively because this lp is a sought after item. Sound quality is better than it looks so I grade it VG+.

ALBUM: Wonderful album, stunning EX+++, only a small dent in lower left corner but only on the back side, this dent is not seen on front, see pictures. To show what I mean - on the other picture - the right hand corner of the backside, - just shows how nice and clean the album is. Ringwear harldy visible on front. Like I said, a stunning album. EX+ 

LABELS: Lot´s of spindlemarks, but not easlily seen on the black label.
