BEATLES / REVOLVER / RARE ORIG 1ST PRESS MONO LP / CAPITOL T 2576 IN SHRINK W/ YELLOW HYPE STICKER
Original mono release, black label with color band without "subsidiary" rim text.
-This is the first American pressing, with credits to 'Lennon-McCartney' on labels. Second pressings used the writers' full names.
-Pressed at Capitol's Scranton plant, as identified by the IAM triangle stamp in the run-outs.
-Initial copies featured a yellow oblong sticker, reading "Includes the Beatles Fabulous 'Yellow Submarine' and 'Eleanor Rigby'!"

Vinyl is at least VG+. It has nice gloss, but has hairline sleeve scuffs and some superficial very light scratches that can be seen under a bright light. Plays wonderfully with light surface noise -some tics or crackle- that usually is well below the sound of the music. Music is vibrant, dynamic and strong. As shown in photo, a name is written on Side 2 label.
Cover is between VG+ and VG++. It is in the original shrink wrap. There is about a 1 1/2 inch seam split on bottom right, corner wear at top and bottom right corners, a couple places where the cover slick has chipped on both sides at the opening and a little bit of discoloration on bottom right. Despite these imperfections, this is a very strong cover (see photos). The yellow sticker has a bit of discoloration/stain and a piece is ripped off on left side as shown in photos.

Grade Scale:
(S) SEALED = VINYL assumed mint, never open.
(NM) NEAR MINT = VINYL nearly perfect, no obvious signs of wear. COVER should have no creases, folds, seam splits, cut-out holes.
(VG++ or EX) VERY GOOD PLUS PLUS or EXCELLENT = VINYL almost NM but it might have a few more superficial signs of use and slight sleeve scuffing. COVER may only have the slightest signs of normal wear.
(VG+/VG++) Between VERY GOOD PLUS and VERY GOOD PLUS PLUS = VINYL may have a bit more signs of use & scuffing than VG++. Surface noise will be more noticeable. COVER may have slight ring wear or discoloration. Very small seam split.
( VG+ ) VERY GOOD PLUS = VINYL may have scuff marks, very light scratches and signs of some wear and will have surface noise in spots, generally still has it's luster. COVER will have slightly more ring wear or discoloration. Minor seam split.
( VG ) VERY GOOD = VINYL has more noticeable scuffs and scratches. Surface noise will be noticeable (may crackle, pop or make other annoying noises), especially in the quiet areas. COVER has even more ring and other wear, discoloration and more seam splits.
( G ) GOOD = VINYL may have multiple scratches or small gouge(s), may have continuous crackles, pops, significant surface noise. COVER has much more than normal wear and tear.
