THE BEATLES “REVOLVER” parlophone pcs 7009 yex 605-1 / yex 606-1
As mentioned above,
THE BEATLES: “REVOLVER” parlophone pcs PCS 7009..the laminated UK cover for this release is rated VG++; it’s really solid, all there with just the lightest shelf/edge/corner wear.. dry shiny front side..the vinyl is rated virtually the same; VG+; has just some very light scuffs & “hairlines” but nothing deep that or that could be felt with a fingernail..there are a couple of “ticks” just at the beginning to “Taxman” on side 1 but the rest of the LP plays out beautifully with no skips and just some light static only between tracks..really nice shape, deep black color and labels EX..last pics show there are just a few “squiggles” around the spindle holes, showing this record was just played a couple times at the most..I can’t believe how great these early UK pressings sound compared to any Capitol pressing I’ve ever heard..great bass & highs, very clear vocals, everything mixed perfectly with an audio quality that needs to be heard..Really an exceptional pressing!
It’s a really profound experience to listen to these pressings, especially for those of us on the other side of the pond that never got to hear how these LPs were originally supposed to sound! (I also have an early UK press of “Sgt.Pepper”s” on another auction.)
*Check my other auctions for more vintage LPs and rare vinyl records…can combine shipping…
- Free USPS Media Mail Shipping in the Continental U.S.!
Vinyl will be placed in it’s own anti-static sheath, separate from its cover, with the cover in its own clear sheath, sandwiched between two cardboard spacers & well packed in a standard record mailer…
*Records have been given a basic cleaning, but I would recommend a proper cleaning to get even better sound and performance!Thank you
