This is not only a highly sought after a very rare Stereo Yellow & Black labeled pressing, Time New Roman type: PCS 3075, unique cross/combo label Variation A/B, but also LP record in Excellent condition, with -2/-2 matrix combination and very low/earliest mother/stampers 1M/1A.
What makes this record ultra rare/unique? STEREO credit on the label side 2 in the majority of Stereo first press copies is located in the right part above the inscription PAROPHONE, but here the STEREO credit is shifted to the left side! A fantastic unique STEREO example of this INCREDIBLY ULTRA RARE, 53 years old iconic 1ST Press 1965 UK The Beatles' LP ALBUM! Hard to find in nice condition, but simply IMPOSSIBLY RARE TO FIND ONE AS UTTERLY AWESOME AS THIS! Fantastic collectors Item!
Pls., note, this is not mint or near mint LP record, but according my opinion it is more than EXCELLENT, without any reserv?s.

Pls. note: First pressing. December 3, 1965. Black label with yellow logo and silver print. “The Gramophone Co. Ltd.” printed at the start perimeter print and “Sold in U.K. subject…” text. Tracing-paper-lined “Use Emitex” die-cut inner sleeve. With or without KT tax code on the label. Since Times New Roman label copies of the stereo press have been found with 1/G 1/G and other early stampers, it’s a safe bet to say that the stereo presses earliest appearance was almost exclusively with the TNR label. Labels have bigger “STEREO”. Matrix numbers: Side 1: YEX 178-2; Side 2: YEX 179-2. Version has a number of matrices -2/-2 issued not very long. Almost all records with this matrix numbers has one-letter stamper codes!
Very quickly, the matrix combination -2/-2 have been replaced by the matrix combination -3/-3 which used for a long time in a later Second pressings! Also, on the second press, the label credit for side 1 and 2, located under (R) 1965 is replaced to the right side, while the first press is centered, even on the left. CONDITIONS:

COVER SLEEVE: The stereo covers were manufactured by G & L or Ernest J. Day.  Garrod & Lofthouse Ltd. sleeve has the words "TRADE MARK OF THE GRAMOPHONE CO. LTD." under the Parlophone logomark. In the original photo taken for the cover, there is a loose thread on right shoulder of John's jacket. This was airbrushed out on most covers in the U.K., but there is no correction here (see pics.) This sleeve is the correct issued 1st press "12 LL Printed and made by Garrod & Lofthouse Ltd. Patents pending", stereo front laminated  flipback cover. This example is definitely in very good condition, with fully shine surface, gloss and clean, with no tears, writing, marks etc. There is a very light laminate surface traces at the edges. At the corners has a mild laminate wear. The spine is well shaped, that is very good legible/readable, some slight creases and very perfect considering for it`s 50 years old. VINYL: The Iconic 1965 UK STEREO Vinyl record 'Rubber Soul'. Nice bright, clean and shiny, as it was just pressed! Fantastic jet black mirror like surfaces, it looks GREAT with NO really nasty scratches, groovewear, or nasty deep scuffs whatsoever! Daylight can find just a small amount of cosmetic non-sounding and unfeelable scuffs (only visible in direct angled light) mostly caused from where it has stored or been removed from it's cover near the 50 years! Of course, none of these ULTRA light blemishes really interfere with play AT ALL thanks to the deeply pressed quality! BRILLIANT for a record of this age and rarity! Excellent+ condition!
AUDIO: The sound of vinyl record is most important for the client pleasure. Have playtested vinyl. Upon playing both sides, the record plays brilliantly with fantastic STEREO sound-clarity, sharpness and depth! The sound really is great - clearly identifiable instruments and vocals! Plays fine, with dense, pure stereo sound, without any scips, irritaining pops and clicks. Really a very desent sounding vinyl LP record. There is no any skips, jumps, or sticks, but there is periodic brief bursts of background surface static noise/clicks/low level pops/crackles mainly in-between tracks. Such a specific sound you can only get from original 1st Press, 1st Mother STEREO heavy-thick UK Parlophone vinyl record.  Amazingly perfect record at this age and rarity, listened to and stored very carefully in time! Excellent sound or better - personal point of view matter! The record's surface is clear, but the vinyl furrows are probably polluted over the years, and a professional cleaning will further improve the sound quality and clear the static noises. No deterioration in sound quality, plays very well considering!
LABELS: Yellow Parlophone Type-6-1. Black and Yellow Parlophone label with silver print: the name "THE GRAMOPHONE CO. LTD.(capital letter)" on the outer rim, the "SOLD IN U.K." remark, and the "(P) 1965" statement. T.N. Roman type: PCS 3075, unique Cross/combo label Variation A/B. This ULTRA RARE unique combination of both labels, by side 1 and side 2 of the vinyl record, makes it so valuable - crossover various type of labels, rare mix combination for early first press with 1st Mother and earliest Stampers. Record labels are clean and the print is clearly visible, no writing on the record label, no sticky residue or discoloration, except a couple very light trails on either side. Both labels are in excellent condition. KT tax is presented on label' side 2 (hardly noticeable).
INNER SLEEVE: The correct 1st PRESS handle with thick ORIGINAL tracing-paper-lined "USE EMITEX" Sleeve Type-3 (1963-1966), die-cut inner sleeve. The words "PATENTS APPLIED FOR" is removed from the sleeve. The Sleeve is clear, has no writens and without any splits. Inner Sleeve is in excellent condition.
