Description
After 20 years of collecting, the time has come for me to sell my Beatles collection and let other collectors appreciate some of the records and memorabilia I've accumilated over the years. Please check out my other listings and remember to save me as a favourite seller, as every week I'll be listing more and more increasingly rare, collectible and desirable Beatles records!
Please be aware that all records are VISUALLY graded only - all grades are given based on how they appear under my desk lamp - since I do not own a record player. I cannot guarantee that discs will be click and skip free, although any marks and scratches that might possibly cause such problems will be highlighted clearly in the description.

This auction is for a rare, original 1st pressing copy of the Beatles' LP 'Beatles For Sale'. This is the original South African pressing with the navy blue old-style Parlophone labels. This copy also features the old EMI style ridged labels!
Uncommon to find in todays collecting market. Would make an awesome collection filler!

The cover is looking good and has general, light wear and tear. The front cover has an awesomely rich colour to it and looks very clean! There's some little laminate creases running up the spine. Top and bottom seams are both holding tight with no splits or wear. Spine has some light wear down into the paper through the laminate, but hasn't split and is mostly legible. Back cover is like the front with a few little laminate creases running along the bottom and a small, approx 1" tear at the bottom right corner. Inner gatefold - left side is unlaminated and has yellowed a little. There's some light blue marks and a little browning around the edges but nothing severe. Right side is fully laminated and looks great with no wear or stains. Decent sleeve! Disc (Visually Graded Only!!) : G+/VG-

The playing surface has alost a little of its original shine and is covered in light scuffing, but nothing really heavier.

The labels are a really rich, deep navy blue colour and have bright, silver text. There's a little rubbing around the edges of the labels and a little and around the polo centre. Nice labels!

All records have been visually graded under a strong, 125W natural light desk lamp.

All LPs will be mailed out in a strong, corrugated cardboard LP mailing box with the LP outside the sleeve. Extra sheets of corrugated cardboard will be used where applicable and FRAGILE tape used
