BEATLES - Revolver XEX 606-1 1st press Perfect Audio
1st UK MONO pressing with Black & Yellow labels. Parlophone : PMC 7009
Matrix no's : XEX 605-2 & XEX 606-1 : Stampers 1 GD & 1 RG
Condition of Cover: NEAR MINT. Only the lightest signs of general wear. Thick cardboard flip-back with laminated front.
Condition of Vinyl: SIDE 1 : VG++ Has 3 non feelable marks (probably fingernails !) covering the first 3 tracks, This has no noticable effect on play, which is almost silent, but does not look good. I have tried to photograph the marks, you may be able to see two of them in the photo below (just to the right of the 12-o-clock position). It would otherwise be NEAR MINT with full gloss. although this side also has an issue with its label - I would guess that it once had sellotape over the 'parlophone' which has been succesfully removed , but has left a dark mark on the label. This can clearly be seen in the photo.
SIDE 2 : NEAR MINT - full gloss, plays silently.
(Play graded on The Voyd with Geiger-3 shape stylus)
