BEATLES / Rubber Soul -LP- 1st. US Mono Press 1965 - Capitol T2442 -
Black rainbow label without "subsidiary" rim text. The first run labels have the names of the group members, but do not have "The Beatles".
Label text variation on this release compared to other T2442 release's.
Below the Capitol Dome logo on this label reads:
"JOHN LENNON, PAUL McCARTNEY
GEORGE HARRISON and RINGO STARR"

'RUBBER SOUL' is written directly beneath Capitol Dome Logo and is the same width as logo on this release.

This release of T2442 has a factory number "6" (Imperial Packing Co., Inc., Indianapolis, Indiana) printed directly below 'Robert' in the bottom right hand corner below the picture of John Lennon.
