THE BEATLES - FROM MY PERSONAL STASH!!!
THE BEATLES - Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band - STILL SEALED US LP on either Apple or Capitol Records(SMAS 2653).
Cover is still almost perfectly factory sealed. There's only a punch hole in the upper right corner and a small pinky nail sized tear in the shrink on the bottom left corner. There are two factory 'breathe holes' on the left side on the front of the cover.
I'm not sure if this is an Apple or orange Capitol label.
The construction of the cover would indicate that it was pressed after 1970. Gatefold cover is made from brown cardboard and the front/back cover 'slick' wraps over the top and bottom and also right side. I read in Bruce Spizer's book on Capitol lp's they did this after 1970.
The back cover has both the mono and stereo catalog numbers at the top and bottom right.
The spine has the Capitol dome logo and 2653 next to it.
