Fifth pressing, early 1971 until 1973. Black label with two white-black EMI logos and silver print. “The Gramophone Co Ltd…” printed at the start perimeter print and “Made In GT. Britain” lower text. Laminated gatefold inside flipback sleeve with “stereo” PCS 7027 number on back side. With cut-outs insert and sepia color “LP advertising” inner sleeve. Matrix numbers: Side 1: YEX 637-1; Side 2: YEX 638-1 (or -2). (with thanks to "thebeatles-collection.com") 

CONDITIONS:
Sleeve: Original Stereo, "Printed and Made by Garrod & Lofthouse Ltd.", shine glossy, gatefold full laminated inside flipback sleeve with “stereo” PSC 7027 number on back side. The famous album cover designed by art director Robert Fraser and photographer Michael Cooper for The Beatles album Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band which was released on June 1, 1967. Excellent, fully readable slim spine in great condition. The sleeve is holding up fine with no splits, writings or tears, only some nonessential laminate folds traces at the edges. Nice example in lovely clean Excelent Plus (+) Condition!
Record: Near Mint, perfectly flat vinyl. I can define it as better, if there were not a very light spindle trace on the label side 2. Seems side 1 never been played! Lovely deep glossy sheen, No light surface hairlines and marks, No any scuffing, no any scratches! Looking really perfect, nice lafter storage for 49 years.! Indeed, it's so difficult to find original vinyls of this condition! Matrix numbers: Side One: YEX 637-1, Side Two: YEX 638-2, early  mother/stampers, you see 2,6/AAO and 3/AR - realy, early pressing!
Audio: Near Mint, plays perfect with clear deep solid stereo sound, with no sticks, jumps, certainly a decent & very playable original UK press copy. Without any light static clicks and low/weak surfase noise between some songs, at quiter places as well, that is normal, fine for vinyl records near 50 years.
Inner sleeve: The Original Sepia color EMI “LP advertising” inner sleeve (Sepia "EMI LP Advertising" Inner sleeve Type-2 1970-1973). Excellent condition.
Labels: Near Mint. Black label with two white-black EMI logos and silver print. “The Gramophone Co Ltd…” printed at the start perimeter print and “Made In GT. Britain” lower text. The labels are clean, the text is bright and full readable, there are no tears, stains, etc. Labels side 2 has a light spindle trace, seems the record have been played only one time.
