THE BEATLES – SGT. PEPPERS LONELY HEARTS CLUB BAND
You are bidding on a rare 2 x 12”, one sided mono acetate of the ’ Sgt. Peppers’ by The Beatles.
On the side 1 of the acetate the songs are in different order from the released version. The ' She’s
Leaving Home ’ song is not indicated on the label, but the acetate includes this song. The label is
missing from the side 2.
Condition of side 1:
Visually is in VG — condition. The playing surface has lots of light surface marks, and there are stronger
background noises throughout with stronger pops here and there The ’ Fixing A Hole ’song is unplayable
because of a cyclic deep scratch. At the beginning of the ’ Lucy In The Sky ’ song there is a deeper scratch
and repeating popping noise can be heard until 1' 17 (listen), but no skips or jumps. At the other parts there
are no problems and the sound quality is enjoyable.
Condition of side 2:
This is in very similar condition than Side 1 except the needle jumps at 3 songs. They are the next:
’ Within You Without You ’ ( 3 small jumps) / Lovely Rita ’ ( 2 small jumps ) – LISTEN - / LISTEN ayable / Good Morning ( 1jumps) / 'ratchGood Morning ( 1 small jump).
The ’ Sgt. Pepper’s – reprise - is unplayable because of a cyclic deep scratch.
