Description

The Beatles 'Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band' album (Capitol MAS 2653). This is an early MONO pressing with the 'A Little Help From My Friends' on the label (changed on later pressings to 'With A Little Help From My Friends'). The jacket has the micro NEMS printing on the lower left back but NO MacLen info. LP is in VG+ condition, decent lustre with some visible surface wear. **PLEASE NOTE This LP has been play tested on a Technics SL-1200 turntable using an Ortofon cartridge with new stylus. There is some surface noise at the open of side one, but after that it is virtually noise free with an errant pop here or there that doesn't distract from the listening experience. Side 2 is more or less the same with some noticeable pops in 'A Day in the Life'. Overall a very nice listen. Jacket is also in VG+ condition with some shelf wear. No rips, tears, stains, writing or seam splits. Inner sleeve also in VG+ condition, intact with no seam splits, tears, rips, stains or writing. Insert in VG++ shape, no rips, tears, stains or writing. Please contact me with any questions regarding this item.
