SGT PEPPER'S LONELY HEARTS CLUB BAND
THE BEATLES
PARLOPHONE PMC 7027 - 1967 MONO
- LABEL - Parlophone - Black/Yellow - 'The Gramophone Co Ltd' to the rim. 'Sold in UK'. KT tax code.
- MATRIX - XEX 637-1/ XEX 638-1
- STAMPERS - SIDE 1 - 4 RTG/SIDE 2 - 2 RPH
- SLEEVE - Garrod & Lofthouse flipback gatefold laminated both sides. Misprint to track title on rear cover 'A LITTLE HELP FROM MY FRIENDS' omitting 'WITH'.
- INNER - Red/White 'fools' patents applied for.
- CUTOUTS
The vinyl is in EX+ condition with just a couple of extremely light hairline scratches which are very hard to discern, only on very close inspection and held to the light do they show, these do not affect play. Sound quality is superb with just one quick click to the intro on both sides. A few very light spider legs around the spindle hole. Obviously played just a very few times.
The outer gatefold flipback sleeve is VG or VG+ with just a little light wear to the spine tips and openings and a little grazing to the edge of the flipback (see photo just above Ringo and George's heads). Laminate is still very much glossy with just the very lightest of rubs, in fact hardly any at all. White marks to John and Paul's heads in the photo are just camera flash.
The 'fools' inner sleeve has some wear to the edge (see photo) and a 2 inch split to one edge.
The insert is EXCELLENT
