Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band is a pop/art musical journey that broken traditional expectations on what a rock album should be by showing that pop music could be high art. 
Garrod & Lofthouse Ltd. laminated flipback with "thin" gatefold inside  flipback sleeve with “mono” PMC 7027 number on back side. With dark green cut-outs insert and original psychedelic red inner sleeve. Black label with yellow logo and silver print. “The Gramophone Co. Ltd”  printed at the start perimeter print and “Sold in U.K.”  text. With KT tax code on the label Side 1. Matrix numbers: Side 1: XEX 637-1; Side 2: XEX 638-1.

GATEFOLD JACKED: EXCELLENT + condition;
The fully laminated shine Mono Garrod & Lofthouse gatefold, inner flipback sleeve is in exceptionally clean condition. The front and back both have vibrant colors and are clean. The bottom and top edges are clean and straight (NO splitting, no torn, no marks) and all corners of the sleeve are excellent or better. The spine printing is clear and legible. The inner gatefold is stiff and looks to have been rarely opened at all. Back side printed manufacture's credit: "Printed and made  by Garrod & Lofthouse Ltd.", without "Patents pending".(see picts.);

LP (VINYL): EXCELLENT condition or better; 
Audio tested, cleaned with professional ultrasonic machine. The ultra glossy 141 gram disc is in excellent condition with no marks, nothing deep or noticeable; The sound is excellent Mono, deep, clean and clear audio sound. Normal for an almost 60 year old record on both sides with slight static on the surface and occasional very light pops. The disc lies flat, not the slightest wrap on the edges. ABSOLUTELY NO skips, NO repeats, NO jumps, NO loud crackles and NO distortion;

LABELS:  EXCELLENT + condition; 
Yellow Parlophone Type-6-1 with "SOLD IN U.K...". Clear, no  pen or ink writings, no stickers, no glue residue. The holes are in perfect condition, no wear. Slight spindle marks around the holes. KT tax code side 1;

CUT-OUTS: NEAR MINT condition; Original dark green cut-outs;

INNER SLEEVE: EXCELLENT condition; Original Psychedelic red & white inner sleeve, printed the words "PATENTS APPLIED FOR" at the bottom of the sleeve. No torn, no tears, no ink or pen writings.
