Original  LP   THE BEATLES " Sgt. Pepper´s Lonely Hearts Club Band  ", made in England in 1967.  Label: Parlophone. Cat#: PMC 7027  MONO

Found here in Sweden, this is an original british copy of this Beatles classic, dated 26 June 1967 (26/6-67) by the first owner ( date written on the inner sleeve, together with owner´s name; the latter is also written on the labels and on back sleeve). Considering the fact that it took a few days for this LP to be shipped to Sweden ( and that the owner maybe didn´t write the date on the first day), this makes it ONE OF THE VERY FIRST MONO COPIES of this fabulous LP. Being Mono, it has also the sound that The Beatles envisioned ( not the case for the Stereo mix, made in their absence). Comes with original INSERT + red and white INNER SLEEVE designed by THE FOOL. Don´t miss!

-Matrix numbers: XEX 637-1    &     YEX 638-1 --- other marks: side 1:  "2" at 10 o´clock and "RRL" at 4 o´clock// side 2:   "2" at 8 o´clock and " PM" at                2 o´clock. ( location marks are approximate)

-Letters "KT" embossed on label of side 1.

-Sleeve "Printed and made by Garrod & Lofthouse Ltd"   //  text " This is a mono recording" at back sleeve.

-Inner sleeve:  "made in Great Britain patents applied for"

-Insert: "Printed in England"

Condition (see PHOTOS of ACTUAL item):

Sleeve: VG-,  ringwear, creasing, wear and tape at spine, name written + sticker and small rip at back cover.

Record : VG-, multiple scuffs and visible-but light- scratches. VERY CLEAN vinyl. Plays very nice on our gear, especially in Mono mode. Name written on labels

Insert made of cardboard: NM

Inner sleeve ( designed by The Fool): VG-, ringwear / creasing, name and date written, scotch tape at lower seam.
