Catchphrase: "before and after". On offer here a Sgt. Pepper's MONO U.K. First Press, in EX thru NEAR MINT Vinyl condition, and EXCELLENT Sound, where its shiny vinyl has the KT Tax Stamp on Side A.
This copy is COMPLETE, it comes with the original Red/White Psychodelic Inner Sleeve as well as the dark green CUT-OUT, which is of course "Printed in England"...
With pressing and release dates mentioned on the upper right, we do away with a strange "myth", namely the (whyever) wide-spread opinion of "1st of June" as being "THE Sgt. Pepper Date". Even decades after, many collectors around the world still "celebrated" that "magical" (still misleading) day. One may guess this is because it was once supposed to become the official release date. However, after British state television BBC had broadcasted the Fab's "Making-Of tapes" on May 12, 1967, already, they decided to hit the market earlier...

"Printed In England" Label Side A EX+ Label Side B EX+ Vinyl Side A EX+/NM- Vinyl Side B EX+/NM- Audio Grading Side A EX Side B EX We use superb vinyl equipment with its heart being an Ortofan Diamond System and gold plated contacts all around.
Audible checks are performed with a Pro-Ject Audio system connected to a DENON PMA 520-AE amplifier, with a Sennheiser 350 headset. Remarks As for the Cover and related issues, please refer to pictures provided right after. Spine is partially readable.
Fully laminated cover is completely glossy. Occasional ring wear, and a small seam split on bottom.
The original Red/White "Psychodelic" Inner Sleeve looks awesome and has the mandatory
"Printed In England" on its lower left corner. It is, however, open on its bottom. Nevertheless, a clear visual EXCELLENT.
Both labels are absolutelyclean. No writings, cuts, stains, or spots.
Vinyl is shiny. Three, four thinnest lines, no scratches. A straight excellent plus with a tendency to near mint.
Regarding audio, plays perfectly thru. Clear, straight mono sound and almost no noise.
Only issues: Side A, two clicks in "She's Leaving Home", Side B, skip in "When I'm Sixty-Four". EXCELLENT.

1st Class Packaging
We are Collectors, hence every record is stored (and will be sent) in a sophisticated way. Many experienced collectors were thrilled by our unique, bullet-proof "packing technicque". Original cover, inner sleeve(s), prospective inserts, and/or whatever may come across, are stored separately. The vinyl sits in a neutral antistatic, padded inner sleeve, which is housed in a stable, neutral cardboard cover. Package is protected by one (or more) transparent plastic sleeves. Finally, all items are being wrapped with thick bubble foil and go to a professional record mailer, which is then being properly sealed with water-resistant tape.
