45rpm EP 
Visually Graded Condition of disc:  NM- to VG+++  
(Lead in areas on both sides have marks all around, but no affect on play. This record looks like it was maybe played twice - no visible wear and only a few light marks in the play areas. Plays near mint to my ears, but don't take my word for it....listen to both sides in their entirety below.
Sleeve has visible shelf wear - use the zoom feature on the pics to study carefully. One bent corner and a 1 1/2" split at to the top right corner and a 2" split at the bottom right corner.

NOTE: Mediafire, the website that hosts my clips, likes to be cute by adding their own 'titles' to my clips it recognizes. It's annoying and unnecessary, but I can't stop them.

others were not. All of my gradings are visual, and more often than not, quite generous.

MY GRADING SCALE
(very similar to the Goldmine standard)

NM (Near Mint): Record will show no serious scuffs or scratches in the playing area. May have minor scuffs on edges from decades of storage, or a small scuff, scratch or paper scuff on playing area.
It's near mint, not mint (which would be 'sealed' to me). There should be no audible distractions.
NM- (Near Mint minus): A scuff or two or light scratch or two on either or both sides that may be heard.
VG+: Scuffs & some minor scratches in the playing area. Some will most likely be heard.
VG: Many scuffs or scratches that will be heard but record should still play fine.
