Description

The BEATLES. 12 songs from The BBC Radio shows in UK, 1963. Beatles recorded 88 different songs over 3 years or so, many more than 6-10 times. Eventually the tapes recorded off the radio leaked and became bootlegs in the 70s and 80s, then finally officially released on EMI/Capitol Live at the BBC sets, volumes 1 & 2. When released in the 70s these seemed like secret tapes from Mars!! Especially the tracks not on EMI records. Amazing days! Great Bootleg LP. Condition is Goldmine VG+ vinyl (really EX) but labels with writing are VG+, and sleeve is EX but not very special. Inner sleeve has song list research corrected to proper dates, by yours truly. Looks okay by my standards, but you decide!! By now we all realize the value of any Beatles Recording. Preserve everything, don’t destroy anything, clean them up, sort them, compile them, release them in any semi-organized way anyone could think of and, presto, another great album or CD, legit or boot! Then mix them up and do it again!! Anyways, like true art, they’re great no matter which way you see/hear them! Several incredible tracks. The first time I ever heard Paul do Lucille. Incredible. Also, Sure to fall, and John singing Honey Don’t, originally done by him till passed on to Ringo for the LP Beatles For Sale. Vinyl is lightly played. Enjoy!! See images, actual sale item. Seller is 50+ year collector and keeper of all things Beatles related. Shipped with USPS Media Mail and Global Shipping Program. All purchases ship for $5 total, so browse for others, no added shipping. Best. Beatle Lew.
