Description
Here we have a Relatively RARE / OBSCURE 7" SINGLE FLEXIDISC record (33 1/3 rpm) by THE BEATLES ; on the LYNTONE label . It is THE OFFICIAL BEATLES FAN CLUB edition for Christmas 1968. First Issue. Picture sleeve but, no Insert (missing, I'm afraid).
Side One is :- label (not a paper label this time, but a direct print onto the plastic) is worn but, states (I think) " The Beatles Sixth Christmas Record" 1968 in faint/feint print ; FULL COLOUR PICTURE sleeve . Matrix LYN 1743-1L . Vinyl VERY GOOD+ ( tiny mark) / PICTURE sleeve VERY GOOD+ . No Insert / Newsletter (Missing).
Side Two is :- has no print, but plays on from side one. Matrix LYN 1744-1L . Vinyl VERY GOOD+ (no visible marks).
(1968) LYNTONE Recordings LYN 1743 . * LISTED @ £100 for a MINT copy (probably impossible to find ?)*.
This disc has been played a couple of times. It is still in VERY GOOD+ condition (it is extremely difficult to accurately grade a Flexidisc made of very thin plastic). It plays very well. This is, overall, a VERY GOOD- (incomplete, no insert) but, not perfect package; my guess is that you won't find a better copy of this obscure, scarce record anywhere else. Please buy with confidence (See my 100% Positive Feedback record). If you are not totally happy with your purchase, I will refund the full cost (minus return P&P).
