JAPANESE RELEASE MANUFACTURED BY TOSHIBA JAPAN PROMOTIONAL 2 LP ALBUM SET!
Japanese 2LP Box set 1976 issue with OBI (Outer band insert or more plainly a paper sash that goes around the cover). This is a rare Japanese release by Toshiba-Emi records Japan in 1976. Housed in a box it comes with a 16 page booklet featuring pictures of The Beatles in Japan with Japanese translations. Each LP has a clear plastic cover and an outer cover with pictures of The Beatles.
You will see a few "The Beatles Story" boxsets on ebay but the Japanese issue with obi is rare and collectable.
The box is in good condition with a slight watermark on the bottom right corner. The obi has a small tear where it folds at the bottom right side. The brochure is in excellent condition with no stains, rips or tears. The vinyl is unscratched. It measures 13x13 inches or 32x32cm and is 2cm deep. I am advised that it is rare to get this box set with the OBI.
Postage will be at cost - cost to me is the cost to you. I have quoted postage for Australian bidders as $17.65 which is for a 5kg satchel (its size will not fit in a 3kg satchel). However, I will refund the difference if I can get cheaper postage.
