Description
BEATLES UK – ‘HELP’, rare label Stereo LP.
PCS 3071 – original Black and Yellow Parlophone labels.
A UK album in 100% original condition featuring:
1. during the middle of 1969 for a very short time the text ‘Sold in UK’ etc was removed from the record labels,
2. the ‘Stereo logo’ that normally appears on the front of the sleeve is missing !.
CONDITION:
THE MAIN SLEEVE: is in excellent condition, the front is laminated. The spine is in very good+ condition and all the text is clear to read. The rear of the sleeve has the period tri flipback design. The sleeve has remained an excellent fresh white in colour. There are NO splits, tears, pen writing, stickers or sticker residue. There are some slight age related marks on the rear.
THE INNER SLEEVE: is in very good++ condition and is the original period advertising EMI sleeve, a very clean sleeve. There are NO stains, pen writing, stickers or sticker residue.
THE VINYL: side one is in very good++ condition, side two is in excellent condition. It is very clean, dark and glossy. The vinyl is made from thick, heavy vinyl.
The matrix nos. are: YEX 168 - 1 and YEX 169 – 1,
The Mother/Stampers are: ‘ 3 O T ’ and ‘ 3 P L’.
THE AUDIO: is near excellent, the vinyl lays flat on the turntable and plays well without any sticking or jumps from the needle.
THE LABELS: are in near excellent condition. There are NO letters embossed around the spindle holes. The labels are free from pen writing, stickers and sticker residue.
