BEATLES UK – With the Beatles, Stereo, NO ‘Sold in UK’ text.

PCS 3045 – original  black and yellow Parlophone labels.

A UK album in original condition featuring:

1. hard to find record labels, without with the usual text  ‘Sold in UK’ etc. For legal reasons in 1969, this line of text was removed from the labels,

2. the sleeve to the rear features the early mis print of ‘gotta’ for the track ‘You really got a hold on me’, but on the record label, on side two this track in spelt ‘Got a’ hold on me !,

3. the front of the sleeve has a more unusual ‘small Stereo’ logo,

CONDITION:

THE MAIN SLEEVE: is in excellent condition, the front is laminated, an excellent, unscuffed, glossy laminate. The two opening edges are crisp and clean. The spine is in excellent condition and all the text can be read. The rear of the sleeve has remained and excellent fresh, clean white in colour. The rear of the sleeve has the period ‘tri flipback’ design. There are NO splits, tears, pen writing, stickers or sticker residue on the sleeve. 

THE INNER SLEEVE: is in excellent condition and is the correct period red and white EMI advertising sleeve. There are NO tears, splits, stickers or sticker residue. To one side, to the top left there is some small, discrete blue pen writing, that says: ‘PCS 3045’. 

THE VINYL: side one is in near MINT condition, side two is in MINT condition, seen under normal daylight conditions. The vinyl has remained very dark and glossy, looks just like new,  its maybe only been played once !. (before I played it !) 

The matrix  nos. are:  YEX  110 – 2  and  YEX  111 – 2,

The mother/stampers are:  ‘4   A H’  and  ‘2   MO’.

THE AUDIO: plays near MINT, as good as the audio can be, near perfect. Possibly only played just once ! (before I played it !). The vinyl lays flat on the turntable.

THE LABELS: are in near MINT condition, side one looks unplayed !, the labels look, at most that they could have just been played just once !. There are NO letters embossed around the spindle holes. The labels are free from any pen writing, stickers or sticker residue.

TO GRADE THE CONDITION OF THE RECORD I AM USING THE OFFICIAL GRADING SYSTEM FROM THE ‘RECORD COLLECTOR’ MAGAZINE.

ALL RECORDS POSTED TO A UK ADDRESS WILL BE SENT 1ST CLASS POST.

PACKING  -  ALL RECORDS ARE POSTED WITH MULTI LAYERED CARD STIFFENERS FOR PROTECTION.BEFORE POSTING, THE RECORD IS REMOVED FROM THE RECORDS ORIGINAL INNER AND OUTER SLEEVES, THE RECORD IS THEN PUT INTO A SECOND PAPER INNER SLEEVE TO MINIMISE ANY DAMAGE THAT MAY OCCUR WHILE IN TRANSIT. THE RECORD / SLEEVES ARE THEN PUT INTO A NEW PLASTIC SLEEVE FOR FURTHER PROTECTION.

IN THE UK – RECORDS THAT SELL FOR OVER THE VALUE OF £45 WILL BE SENT ‘RECORDED DELIVERY’ AND THERE MAYBE AN ADDITIONAL COST FOR INSURANCE AS THE SELLER HAS NO PROTECTION IF THE ITEM GOES MISSING IN THE POST, THEREFORE POST AND PACKING CHARGES MAY VARY.
