(CAPITOL T 2358) US 1965 first pressing. With "See label for correct playing order" statement on back cover and small #6 (Los Angeles factory) at lower right corner of back cover.
Sealed: sealed shrink is tight and intact with straight corners.

The shrink has four breather holes. Two on front cover: to mid-left (my left) and 1/4" of Paul's tie and 7/8" above Paul's head on white area. On back cover, about 1/2" below Paul's chin (just below the neckline of turtleneck he's wearing) and 3/4" to right of the "#2" on Ringo's left (my left) kettle drum. Each pair of holes is aligned to each other.
