THIS IS A TRUE version 1 issue with Love Me Do/P.S. I Love -  version 1 WITH the BRACKETS LOGO - Rarest of the two label variations. FAR more difficult to find than the Oval Logo (Which I will also be offering a fine copy of in the coming weeks.)
Perry Cox lists it as 50% more valuable than the Oval Logo version. There is a reserve which reflects this reality.

    •    VINYL: High gloss, very few but typical surface marks.
    •    LABELS: Bracket Label, little to any wear. No writing, names, stickers, etc.
  Little spindle wear.
    •    COVER: Front - Clean, clear, glossy a hint of wear at the bottom.?
                     Back  - Clean, clear, glossy. No ring wear. All type is black and unworn. No Writing, stickers, names, seam splits. etc.
    •    SEAMS: All seams are tight. Spine is solid clear and type is legible.
    •    Original Vee Jay inner sleeve

I don’t call anything NM unless it has just come out of the wrapper.

I would give the cover an easy VG+++/VG+++ and the disk  VG++/VG++
