This is an ORIGINAL 1964 U.S. VEE JAY RECORDS 7" 4-TRACK 45 EP PACKAGED IN AN ORIGINAL 1964 VEE JAY RECORDS STOCK COMPANY SLEEVE containing the four early Beatles tracks titled 'Misery'/'Taste Of Honey'/'Ask Me Why'/'Anna'.  It is Vee Jay Records U.S. catalog number VJ EP 1-903.  

As can be seen in my accompanying image, Vee Jay Records logo is the 'brackets' logo, labels have the rainbow borders.  This EP has the side 2 label variation with the song title 'Ask Me Why' shown in larger block print and the song time 'Anna' shown in small print.
