This is the U.S. MGM 45 rpm single by

featuring

It comes with the original picture sleeve.

The record is in great condition with no marks or scratches other than a couple of faint traces of where fingers touched the vinyl. It still retains the original lustre and there is no writing on the labels. The picture sleeve is also in good condition. There's no writing or stickers on the sleeve. There is a small split on one side and drill hole that goes through the record and sleeve.
It has been professionally cleaned on a VPI 27 Typhoon record cleaning machine.
