Cover: Garrod & Lofthouse UK pressing mono top loader without the 'stereo' text on the rear cover. Embossed 'The Beatles' and nice clear number. No writings, doodles or seam splits. Light laminate creasing/wear only. Rates as Excellent.
Black inner sleeves: Good. Like most of these, there is some tearing around the die-cut holes.
Poster: Poor. Has come apart and is now in 6 separate sections.

Labels: Excellent.
Vinyl: Play tested. Thick vinyl. Looks Good with quite a few marks/scratches. Plays much better than it looks. There is some crackle, occasional pops/clicks. I also noticed a couple of very quick skips. Playback overall is VG with some tracks playing Good and others playing VG+ to Excellent. Not the best but not the worst. Still very listenable. Would benefit from a clean as it has not been played for many years before play testing.

Gradings.......
Mint - The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality.
Excellent - The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality.
Very Good - The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality despite noticeable surface marks and light scratches.
Good - The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and more significant scratches.
Fair - The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise, it may even jump.
Poor - The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc
Bad - The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection filler.
