This is one of a series of LPs and EPs -- some sealed, some quite rare -- that I will be listing over the next several weeks and months.  

This item is a beautiful Capitol Records pressing of the 2-LP album entitled The Beatles – but more popularly known as The White Album – originally released on Apple Records in 1968.  This particular pressing is the rare Capitol white-vinyl pressing.  The artwork on this album was inspired by the new and trippy art of swingin’ London, and in particular the fashion of having everything in white.  The cover was seen as individual works of art, since each original pressing was numbered and, therefore, unique.  This album is one of the Beatles’ best, a fractured masterpiece of varying styles.  This is a stereo pressing of the album.  Note that this pressing will contain the poster and the four individual 8x10’s.  This album is very, very rare in the white vinyl version as is this one.  This is a very nice addition to any Beatles vinyl LP collection.    

As noted above, this album is in still-sealed and mint condition, as shown in the photo.     

I do not use stock photos.  The photo shows the actual item up for auction.

I am not a dealer, and all of the items I place up for auction are from my personal collection gathered over the past forty years (education expenses – and soon-to-be college expenses -- are the reason I am selling my collection...). 

Shipping and handling is determined by weight and is per record, not per title.  The shipping costs are as follows: $4.00 for one record via media mail to anywhere in the U.S.   Each additional record is an additional $0.40 for media mail shipping.  Priority shipping within the U.S. is a function of weight and postal zone, and I will e-mail an invoice indicating the cost of priority (I can also provide this info while the auction is pending, if you e-mail me your zip code and the number of records). 

Insurance through the USPS is available, and once again my invoice will provide the cost information. 

 NOTE – there is no tracking of packages through the USPS without delivery confirmation.  If you would like tracking ability, you must purchase delivery confirmation for $0.75.

International Buyers – Please Note:

·         Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

·         Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

·         These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

·         We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

If you are outside the US, the two basic types of shipping are 1st Class International (less expensive) and Priority International (more costly but slightly faster).  The cost depends upon the weight and the country of destination.  I will provide the cost for each option in my post-auction invoice (and, again, I can provide the info during the auction, if you e-mail me your zip code and the number of records). 

NOTE – there is no tracking of packages through the USPS unless it is specifically purchased through the USPS.  If you want tracking, please let me know and I will provide the cost for that service. 

I will always combine items, so that your shipping costs will be more manageable.  Payment must be made by paypal as per recent rules imposed by eBay.  If I do not receive payment for an item within fifteen (15) days of the end of the auction andr I do not hear from you in response to e-mails, I will consider the auction results void and relist the item(s) for auction.
