Beatles - White album
original u.k 1968 apple PMC 7067 mono pressing
Dark green labels with sold in the uk label text
All four labels omit the wording an EMI recording
side one matrix XEX 709-1 stampers G RR 4
side two matrix XEX 710-1 stampers TR 7
side three matrix XEX 711-1 stampers PH 2
side four matrix XEX 712-1 stampers RM 1
laminated gatefold sleeve printed by garrod and lofthouse england
Top opening Sleeve numbered No_ 0066991
complete with all inserts , 2 Black inners, 4 postcards and lyric poster
Graded in accordance to the uk record collectors grading system.
Sleeve very good+ - All seams smooth no cracking or splits, no writing or stickers ect.The wording on the spine is still legible, the sleeve is solid clean and a very respectable example
Faults are some minor age toning ....A 1/2 a centimetre in diameter scuff to front of cover and a same size scuff on fold over flipback inside gatefold near Ringo's head (please see scans)
As you can see from the pictures it is still a decent cover and is graded very strict to avoid disappointment.
Both Vinyl's are excellent minus - some minor non feelable and none sounding wispy hairlines and scratches (bag rash) probably caused by removing the vinyl from the inner sleeves
the vinyl still as a lovely deep black shine to it with no groove wear or deep or unsightly marks.
plays excellent with no skips,repeats or deterioration in sound quality
A lovely listen and a great sounding album in mono and as collectors know the mono as totally different mixes to that of a stereo copy.
the black inners are free from splits and tears
poster is the same no rips or tears just minor creasing and very minor wear where the poster as been folded.
the 4 postcards are in very good condition.. no rips,writing or sticker marks but all 4 cards do have some minor creasing to the top right hand corners
Money back if not satisfied
will be packed well to ensure it's safety from me to you with the vinyl's placed out of the main cover to stop damage during transit ect.
