Description
The Beatles - White Album
(Apple PCS 7067/8 UK Double LP 1968)
This is an original UK Stereo double LP pressing. It has a fully laminated, top-opening, gatefold sleeve which has inner flipbacks. It is numbered on the front (No: 0389338). It comes with its original plain black Apple inner sleeves. It comes with its original poster. There are no photos.
The records are pressed on thick vinyl & have YEX 709-1, YEX 710-1, YEX 711-1 & YEX 712-1 matrix stampers. The mother stampers are MG 4, GAO 6, GML 3 & GDH 2 respectively. All four labels have the "Sold In The UK..." text on them. A genuine UK original Stereo pressing.
Gatefold Sleeve: There is mild wear only.Some fading to the spine. VG+ condition.
Vinyl 1: There are some mild to moderate sleeve rubs that can be seen under a strong light, and about 3 light marks. There are some light pressing marks too. VG- condition. The labels are clean but show moderate spindle wear. Plays very well overall. There is some light crackle in some of the quieter places. There are a few clicks on one track. The black inner has some mild tape residue around three edges. There is a 4" seam split on one side, & a 1" seam split on the opposite side. in VG condition.
Vinyl 2: Moderate sleeve rubs that can be seen under a strong light, and some occasional light marks. Good+ condition. The labels are clean and show mild spindle wear. Plays well overall. There is some light, or mild, crackle in the quieter places. There are some intermittent clicks on the track "Revolution No:9". The black inner has some mild tape residue around three edges. There is a 3" seam split on one side, & a 2" seam split on the opposite side. in VG condition. The poster has some mild tape residue along the top. There are about 3 other light tape marks also. In VG condition overall.
I shall place the vinyl in separate plain paper inner sleeves to protect the original black inner sleeves during transit.
Grading adheres to “Record Collector” specifications. I shall use good quality packaging (proper vinyl mailers & two card dividers).
Insurance is necessary if this item exceeds £40. Overseas buyers will add £5.25 extra (plus an additional £2.50 if the item value exceeds £70).
