The Beatles 'With the Beatles' - Mobile Fidelity Sound Lab (MFSL) Audiophile LP
This is a rare Mobile Fidelity Sound Lab (MFSL) audiophile pressing of the Beatles second album, 'With the Beatles', from the Mobile Fidelity box set. This release was mastered at half speed from the original master tapes, and pressed onto pure super vinyl by JVC, which has an extraordinarily quiet playing surface, extreme durability and a lifespan many times exceeding conventional pressings. The vinyl is so pure that its translucent when held up to the light. This is arguably the best sounding release of this album ever available, with far superior dynamic range, top-end and better stereo separation. On an A to B comparison with a standard pressing, this release is far superior, sounding much fresher and full of life! The stamper broke after a couple of thousand of this album were pressed and as such it is the rarest of the Beatles Mobile Fidelity LPs.
Rarely played, the vinyl is near mint (NM). The sleeve is also near mint (NM), which includes a photo of the master tape box with notes on the recording. The sleeve also includes a cardboard inner protector and rice paper inner-sleeve. With the complete box often selling for upward of £800, bidding for this individual title will start at only £39.99. Someone will get a definite bargain.
