Rare first pressing of this album. A MONO issue with RED LINES on back of sleeve. On the Apple label. Record is in excellent condition and has no bad scuffs or scratches. Plays perfect with hardly any static. Some very feint ‘paper’ lines visible under a strong light but nothing serious.
The sleeve is in very good - nearer excellent condition. Few hardly visible creases and evidence of a label that was on top right of front (hardly visible). The back is very clean. There’s NO rips, splits, cut-outs or writing.
I’m not a Beatles expert so here’s the details:
* Rarer issue with two red lines on back of sleeve.
* 1st issue from 1969
* On dark green APPLE PMC 7070 MONO
* Matrix Numbers: Side One: XEX 715-1/ Side Two: XEX 716-1
* Stamper Nos: Side One: 1 T / Side two: 1 P
* With “Sold in UK subject to………” text on labels
* With “Apple Records - All Rights…….” text on labels
* Small “P” next to date on labels
* Flipback Sleeve printed & made by Garrod & Lofthouse Ltd.
* With original one hole inner black sleeve
