TITLE/INFO: If you have interest in great conditioned "oldies" of all varieties (in both vinyl and CD formats), please continue to check in on my site as I have many more items to sell yet in addition to what's already on the site - and thank you in advance. BTW, I have already, or will be, listing a few other "interesting" Beatles' 45s/EPs in the next couple of days - so please check back in if you are interested. These three 45's are by the 1) The Beatles, 2) John Lennon, Yoko Ono, and The Plastic Ono Band, and 3) George Harrison on the purple colored Capitol Records label. These purple colored labels were a Capitol Records idea in or around 1978 - and they apparently reissued all the original Beatles, and Beatles related, singles all over again on this label. 1) The Beatles 45 is rather lengthily entitled "Sgt. Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band/With A Little Help From My Friends" - and that's just the A-side. The B-side is entitled "A Day In The Life", and together this 45 alone has almost ten (10) minutes of music! 2) The second 45 is by John Lennon, Yoko Ono, and The Plastic Ono Band and is entitled "Merry Xmas (War Is Over)/Listen, The Snow Is Falling" (this later song written solo by Yoko Ono). Finally, 3) the third 45 here is by George Harrison and is entitled "Give Peace A Chance (Give Me Peace On Earth)/Miss O'Dell". The B-side is a song written by George Harrison for, and about, a woman named Chris O'Dell, who was once a former Apple Records employee, and who also worked for, and hung out with, the likes of several other successful groups and individuals from back in the '60's/'70's - groups like The Rolling Stones, Derek And The Dominoes, Eric Clapton, Bob Dylan, Santana and more. She was a very lucky and  interesting woman to say the least. All three records are in near mint condition, but please see all the pictures above and the individual listings at the end of this write-up for a more detailed description of each. As mentioned, these three 45s are on the purple colored, Capitol Records label and all come with an original Capitol Records company sleeve. I have shown both sides of the three 45s in the pictures above - but again, each record is listed in slightly more detail at the end of this item description. INTERESTING FACTS: As always, I have begun the auction at a low opening bid and have no reserve price - just free and open bidding - so good luck! FYI, if anyone wants to bid on multiple items to save on postage costs, I am more than happy to "save" your winning pieces here at the house until you are ready for shipping - just tell me ahead of time, wait for my invoice (not EBay's), and pay for each item as you win them. In addition to this offer here, I will continue to list many other RnR/R&B LP's, 45's, and CDs by 1950-60's artists----and even some other '60's memorabilia, too. I am selling off my entire personal collection of records and "stuff", and there are 100's more items to list yet. The initial charges for overseas shipping are $30.00 for these 45s - but then much less per record after that. PLEASE NOTE: I will not be responsible for packages that are lost or damaged by either US or overseas Postal Services. However, for additional fees, I will gladly ship the packages Priority Mail and/or add insurance!
