TITLE/ARTIST: This could be the most difficult decision I have ever made when it comes to selling a record from my collection, but everything must go in time and the time has come for this one to go -- and as with everything else I sell, the opening bid is just $9.99, and there are no reserves. This STILL SEALED, NEVER OPENED, 1st LP, entitled "Meet The Beatles" by the The Beatles, is on the original Capitol Label, and is in the rare STEREO format -- although I honestly must admit that I do not know what "pressing" it is. Hopefully, all you Beatles' collectors out there will be able to clarify that issue for all of us--I will post people's comments. However, I can tell you a few things for sure: 1) it does have a "Gold Record Award" seal stamped onto the front side of the jacket, (2) the price was in letter code and is listed on the front side as "E", (3) the word "Beatles" on the jacket's front side is tan in color, and (4) the number in the lower right, backside corner, that collector's often ask about, is "12".  The STILL SEALED album features 12 of the groups earliest songs, and is just one of many LPs I am listing in the next few weeks (most of which are in super nice shape)---although I will be taking a brief break from Ebay after this auction ends. However, I will return again in mid-September. Obviously, the condition of both this jacket and the vinyl has to be nearly perfect since the LP has never been opened and is virtually brand new -- but please view the pics below, read about the LP's condition, and judge for yourself. LABEL INFO: As mentioned above it is on the original, Capitol Label, ST-2047 and, since it's still sealed and brand new, has to be in "like new" condition. VINYL INFO: Likewise, so too must be the vinyl--- again, since it has never been opened. JACKET INFO: Finally, the visable jacket appears to be in super condition as well, and shows no flaws whatsoever --- this entire LP package is as nice as the day it was first purchased -- except for one small, 2" tear in the "plastic shrinkwrap" along the open edged side. So, please view all the pictures below and judge it all for yourself. INTERESTING FACTS: You just don't see these original, STILL SEALED, Beatles LPs out there anymore, so please have at it -- as well as all the others I have posted this week. In addition, I will continue to list many other LP's, EP's, and 45's by 1950-60's artists, even some rare C&W, too. I am selling off my very personal collection, and there are many more records of all varieties to get to yet. Many of these still to be listed records are quite rare and hard to find, and most all of them are in near mint shape. So, please bookmark my site and check it out from time to time.
