THE BEATLES-"YESTERDAY AND TODAY" CAPITOL T-2553 MONO, Released in 1966. The famous Butcher Cover. This copy is from the west coast RIAA 6. 2nd state paste-over. The cover is a very nice VG++, No seam splits, No stains, Corners still sharp, Spine print is nicely centered, Backside has just the slightest hint of ring wear. Front looks nice, You can see Ringo's lapel bleeding through to the right. Now the bad news. The former owner wrote her name on the cover twice (See Photo's). As you can see both are in the white areas and look very removeable. I'll leave that up to the next owner. Still a very nice cover. The record is very nice as well, All gloss and shine. Shows just a couple light brush marks, And a few scattered hairlines. Plays a strong VG++. Also on Side Two she wrote her name on the edge of the label. Other than that both labels look great with no spindle wear. Come's in the correct 1966 Capitol inner sleeve with adds. Maitrex Numbers: Side One-T-1-2553-G-24, Side Two-T-2-2553-F-19.
