FOT RECORDS INC DOES NOT SELL BOOTLEGS, CD-Rs, RECORD CLUB ISSUES, or FAKES/COPIES. AS SAME AS WE DO NOT SELL ALMBUMS BEFORE THEY ARE RELEASE TO THE PUBLIC.

Some CDs may have a “cut-out” mark or barcode holepunch on the case or booklet.

EMAILS

Please do not send needless e-mails, as they will only slow down the process of your item being sent. We make every effort to reply to every note personally within 2 business days. We are not open on weekends or holidays, so bear with us if you trying to get an answer over the weekend. The day your feedback is posted is the day we ship your item. You will surely receive your item within 7-10 days of the feedback.

PAYMENTS OPTIONS

Pay with your credit card through PayPal half@fotrecords.com (eCheck, Visa, MC, AMEX).

All California residents will be charged 9.25% sales tax during the Checkout process.

Note: If you have not received an email from us within 48 hours of auction close, please contact us at half@fotrecords.com with your eBay auction number and email address associated with this winning bid. Before sending the message, please check your bulk email folder, as a spam filter may have prevented it from reaching your primary email inbox.

Checkout must be completed within 7 days of the close of auction, and all PayPal or other payments must be received within this time period. If payment isn't received within these time periods, all orders will be revoked and a Non-Payment alert will be filed.

RETURNS

All items sold AS IS. Returns are accepted ONLY if the item was not as described in the auction. Buyer must contact us within 3 days of receiving the item at half@fotrecords.com or a refund will not be granted. Once the goods are inspected a refund will be provided within 10 days. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.

All orders will be shipped by USPS. FOT Records takes great care and uses the latest technology to package every item to ensure safe shipment to you. California residents will be charged 9.25% tax.

Please check the item description for all shipping costs. We ship orders within 48 business hours of payment, Monday through Friday. We are closed on all major holidays. All orders completed after 12 pm on Friday are going to be shipped the following Monday.

shipping will be upgraded to Priority Mail

without any extra charge for you.

Items of different types cannot be combined for shipping discounts.

Box Sets will be sent depending on their weight and value.
