This record is part of a collection that was owned by a gentleman for 50+ years and who took wonderful care of his albums. They were stored in a smoke free home .
5 of the records are NM very clean . 2 are in VG++ condition with small hairlines from the paper sleeves . Overall the glossy vinyl is very clean . (could not fit all record photos above)
The box is VG+ . There is wear along the bottom edge (see photo) this is can hardly be seen looking at the front of the cover . The rest of the edges are great . All the record pages are in wonderful condition and there are no rips to the bottom box . No writing .
50 page booklet is NM .

SEALED --- Factory sealed ( plastic inner bag or entire cover ). Sealed records are sold " as-is ", no returns .
NEAR MINT ---Vinyl has almost no signs of wear . The record has been played but well cared for . The cover has no seam splits, cut-out holes or writing .
VERY GOOD + --- The vinyl may show some signs of wear like having sleeve scuffs , very light scratches / marks . The cover will also show some signs of wear or might have a cut-out hole or small writing in ink . Still a fairly clean and acceptable copy !
VERY GOOD --- The vinyl has a lot of wear including loss of gloss , deep scratches . The cover wear includes severe ring wear , seam splits , stickers or tape .
GOOD --- Severe wear across the vinyl , but still plays through with no skips . The cover is very worn with issues like large splits , tape holding it together , extreme ring wear ,etc. .
