The cover is EX or 8,9/10 ,light wear, pen address on the back, The record looks EX++ or 9,2/10 few ultra light surface marks, plays EX, some very light crackles in background,a few light clicks, I have cleaned it and improved but not as much as I thought, perhaps a second clean
