Published by Simon And Schuster -New York. There are 411 pages in the first book and continues in the second book up to 862. The books are 9" X 12" X 1" and are in very good++ condition. There is also a 12 page booklet of the Table Of Contents and a short biography of Artur Schnabel by Irving Kolodin.

 LP's are in very good+ condition. Some records were tested, some were not tested. Mono sound.

Defects:   There are some and few audible tics and sometimes some background static, but record sounds and plays very nice overall!

Condition (1 to 10 scale):   7+ ( Very good+)

Comments:  There are minor traces of use with visible non-sounding light surface scratches, scuffs or factory marks.

ALBUM BOX COVER: ORIGINAL.  Vintage condition. Very good+  NO shrink wrap. Shows some signs of normal use such as wrinkles or fraying on cardboard edges and especially on the spine. Very small bent corners. NO stains or missing paper. Some small ring-wear. When upright, the spine of the box was designed to look like two substantial books (Volumen1 & Volumen 2) The spine on the right side has become loose, appearing open with three nails. But it is still attached all along the right (exterior) edge and could probably be repaired (See photos.)

INNER SLEEVE: ORIGINAL.  Very good+ Some signs of normal use and wear. No tears. (See photos.)

BOOKS: Very good+ condition. Some writing on the top of the front cover and tape on the edge. SEE PHOTOS.

Grading: Every record is inspected and given both, a visually and, most importantly, an audio grade to provide the most precise and clear description of its condition. Albums covers, boxes and inner sleeves and any inserts are also graded because these elements contribute significantly to the overall record experience. Moreover, they add to the value that records have as cultural and historical art forms of music from yesterday and today. This especially important, considering that mostly of these items are out of print and no longer produced.
