On offer here is a very rare LP by BEGGAR'S OPERA.  A UK original FIRST PRESS with a fantastic photo sleeve in EX condition. 

   The absolute rarity of this album is not to be underestimated. It hardly ever surfaces nowadays. This is an absolutely gorgeous super heavy slab of early quality VERTIGO vinyl which is in great  condition with just a few hairlines!! This has a lovely deep glossy sheen!! Hauntingly beautiful songcraft!!! Immense quality heavy/prog album that ticks all the right boxes and incredibly hard to find. I have twentyfive years experience in grading. It doesn't get much better than this!!

!!!!A VERY HARD FIND!!! Most have been bought up by collectors!! This is hardly offered these days, leave alone in this great condition!!

 Sensational sound quality, I have played this through in its entirety and it was a great joy!!! NO skips or jumps. NO clicks or crackle, this is really a stunning heavy glossy jet black vinyl .The audio is fantastic. Inspected under an intense lightsource and angled.

Vinyl: EX .  A great find!!! I have played this in FULL twice over> fantastic audio, a joy to listen to!! This is the true official 1st stereo press.  I first played for a general listen and a second time for a more detailed observation. This has not been played much. There are a few light wispy hairlines, visible under a bright light, these do not have any impact on the gorgeous audio. Fantastic songcraft!! I am very glad to be able to report that this is a fine slab of vinyl without any problems at all and as such worthy of inclusion of any great prog collection.   Of course NO jumps/clicks/skips etc.

Poster Sleeve:  VG++ to EX.  A unique matt poster foldout sleeve.\I had never yet come across this one without the unavoidable holes on the corner. This copy, I'm very happy to say has NO corner holes. It would have been an EX to NM sleeve if it weren't for the small side tear on the opening  which continue on the second fold (see pic). There are NO creases. The edges are 100% as is the spine. Impossible to find like this in fact.
