THIS 45 CAME FROM A COLLECTOR OF MOSTLY OBSCURE GARAGE 45's AND LP's. Collection mostly 60's, including Beatles, etc.
I certainly am not an expert on Acetates. There is no indication that I can find, on who the artist is on this 45. The song is "Blue Suede Shoes". It's clearly a male vocal with a band. I do not have the expertise or the means to research who this artist/group is. However, Bell Sound Studios, I believe, mainly (but not exclusively) recorded Acetate 45's for either known artists or up and coming artists. It obviously would be very interesting to know who recorded this Acetate, and hopefully someone out there with expertise and knowledge, can make that determination.
The 45 plays very nice, but certainly needs to have professional cleaning.
I am putting what I believe is a fair (and risky for me) Buy Now on this 45, simply because of the possibility that it could be valuable, depending on who the artist/group is.
