Description
On offer is the 1961 LP NOYE’S FLUDDE THE CHESTER MIRACLE PLAY SET TO MUSIC BY BENJAMIN BRITTEN, with OWEN BRANNIGAN as NOYE, and THE ENGLISH CHAMBER ORCHESTRA under EMANUEL HURWITZ on ARGO, catalogue number ZNF 1. This is the FIRST PRESSING STEREO release, with the FULLY LAMINATED FLIPBACK GRAPHIS SLEEVE, and the 1ST LABEL ARGO - dark blue, with the Argo motif in an OVAL with a groove inside the perimeter of the label. It comes with a 16 page BOOK, with photographs of the performance and behind the scenes shots, and the original ‘Stereophonic’ poly lined inner sleeve.

With still shiny grooves, and no scratches, not even ultrafine ‘paper contact’ hairlines (as far as I could see). Superb audio quality with only the occasional light click (I counted three). NEAR MINT
SLEEVE
This light, flimsy sleeve is in SUPERB overall condition, with sharp edges, and only slight wear/creasing on the top and bottom right of the sleeve. EXCELLENT
BOOK
PRISTINE. Beautiful condition. Shows no sign of ever being handled. MINT.
