Description

 Extremely rare single-sided, 7" 78 rpm "Berliner" gramophone record.

As far as I can see from the worn centre...

It is "The Monk's Song from La Poupee" performed by "Orchestra  London". The only other details I can make out are a stamped "E" above a stamped "552 X" and on the other side of the centre hole there is a hand scribed date "9.28.98". On the rear it states "REPRODUCED IN HANOVER"


CONDITION: I dont have the facilities to test play this disc, but just visually, I can see it's not in the best of condition - lots of scuffs on the surface and a fair scratches too. I have done my best with my photographs to show this record's condition as well as possible - see photos
