Description

E. Berliner’s 7" single sided Gramophone record. 
Cullen and Collins were an influential banjo duet, who paved the way for other, more famous, pluckers. Their masterpiece from 1897 was "Twin Star March", one of the earliest ever ragtime banjo recordings. "Vega March" does not reach those heights, but it is a good performance. The date on this version is 10/14/1899.

The record plays fine but is a little scratchy in parts and some light scuffs. But surface noise as one expects on these early records.
That said, you can clearly make out the banjo duet. Please ask questions more than 12 hours before end of auction.

SHIPPING:
I put the record with a piece of cardboard into a plastic sleeve and then I surround it with bubble wrap or crumbled paper or packing peanuts so it is suspended in the middle of all the soft stuff. I ship with media mail because it is the least expensive for you. If you want tracking and insurance you will need to indicate that to me and pay for it. I have not had any broken records in the mail.
