PLEASE NOTE: I have added an extra 5 photos to this item because the first six photos are inadvertently a slightly different copy, already sold - the very good news is that they are almost identical but this version does NOT have any rips/tears at the bottom of the back cover (take a look at the new photos to see the difference)!!
