B.G.K. Balthasar Gerards Kommando - Jonestown Aloha
The classic Dutch hardcore album by B.G.K. - this is their debut album from 1983 and one of the best released around that time. Original Dutch pressing on Vogelspin records from 1983. Comes with photo lyric poster!

Condition:
The sleeve and the record are in near mint condition.

One of the best hardcore albums ever. 30 songs, and they all rule! Holland's B.G.K. had a reverbed, trebley sound, with furious thrash tempos and a vocalist who really took charge of the assault. Great guitar riffs, excellent bass work, rapid fire drums. The vocals possess a gruff tone, but still incorporate melody, and are sung is in 2 languages. Lyrics speak out against nuclear proliferation, animal cruelty, religious war, pointless trends, and more. These songs range from killer thrash ("Spray Paint") to somber rock ("Soylent Green"). Their next album benefitted from better production value, but it's this collection of songs that remains their best.
