BGK - JONESTOWN ALOHA! - Vogelspin/R Radical - Bite 008 - 1983/1984, includes poster and R Radical insert.
This is the original US pressing of the first BGK LP, sometimes described as the ultimate hardcore album. It certainly was the pinnacle and state of the art in euro/Dutch hardcore at the time. It's been awhile, but I just threw it on and, yes, it's still like being kicked in the face repeatedly, in twenty short, sharp, blistering, jackhammery blasts. Intense stuff. Just thinking of it makes my arms hurt. In sympathy for the drummer, I mean.
These records tended to be rode hard and put away wet, and very few of them survive in good shape.
This one is pretty nice though. The cover is basically like new except for slightly bumped corners. The poster insert is mint, and has only been unfolded once to take the picture. The vinyl has some sleeve rubs and stray hairlines, but nothing audible, and no other visible marks. There's a very slight warp, but it plays just fine.
